Supervision

If you are a Licensed Professional Counselor Assoicates (LPCA) & Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associates (LMFTA) registered in the state of Oregon and looking for clinical supervision, you have come to the right place!

Approach & Philosophy

I believe that the success of a supervisory relationship is determined by the strength of the relationship and the willingness of the supervisor to allow for collaboration, feedback, and equity. I primarily use an integrative feminist, developmental, and multicultural approach to supervision. The aim of my strength based collaborative approach is to foster a strong alliance based on trust, unconditional positive regard, and equity. I encourage my supervisees to center their own lived and clinical experiences to help guide their therapeutic approach and client conceptualizations, all while acting as a supportive mentor. I prefer to use a developmental approach to assess skill level and determine when my supervisees are in need of my direct guidance or collaborative support. As a Certified Body Trust® Provider I am especially a great fit for perspective supervisees who hope to work, or are currently working with, individuals experiencing body image concerns and/or working on their relationship with food. â€‹I am happy to provide more information about my supervision approach and style during a free consultation call where we can assess if I am the right fit for you and your supervision needs. I currently charge $100 per individual supervision sessions and plan to also offer group supervision sometime in the new year, where I will be charging $75 per group session per member. Please reach out today!
